How does this product promote vascular integrity and healthy connective tissue?
Vitamin C supports healthy function of vascular endothelial cells, which line the circulatory system. Vitamin C is also essential for the development and maintenance of connective and epithelial tissue, which line the outer surfaces of the body and its cavities (including the skin and mucosal membranes of the gut). Vitamin C is needed to form collagen, a connective tissue protein that is vital for skin elasticity, tissue growth, and normal repair.Vitamin A is required for forming epithelial tissue, particularly in the eye.
