Allergy Research Group's classic mixed mineral formulation, as developed by Stephen A. Levine, Ph.D. MultiMin provides macrominerals, trace minerals, and ultra-trace minerals. Glutamic acid is included as a mildly acidifying agent.
In addition‚ MultiMin provides trace minerals such as chromium‚ iron‚ and copper. Chromium may work to maintain a healthy metabolism‚ whereas iron helps transport oxygen to your cells and copper is involved in producing the connective tissue that forms blood vessels and cartilage. Finally‚ another trace mineral called selenium may serve as an antioxidant while simultaneously working to support immune and thyroid function.

| Directions | As a dietary supplement, 1 capsule one to three times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
