Many practitioners select their calcium/magnesium products based on a 2 to 1 calcium-to-magnesium ratio. However, when we look at a healthy plant we find calcium to magnesium in a 5 to 1 ratio.

There is more calcium in the human body than all the other minerals combined. However, for it to be assimilated and utilized correctly and with ease, it must be in the right biological form and in correct proportion.
