Why Do We Need Calcium?
Calcium is probably the most widely talked about mineral for daily nutrition. Simply put, every part of our body demands calcium. Bioavailable Sources of Calcium
(Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite, Calcium Amino Acid Chelate, and Calcium Citrate) It has been firmly established that high calcium intake promotes bone health.1 As an aid to bone health, daily intake of calcium supplements typically range from 1,000 to 1,200 mg. Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite (MCHC)
A true MCHC product is a whole bone food. What this means is that MCHC is a complete matrix of ingredients as opposed to a single chemical.
